API Downtime During Cloud Migration

On 28th August 2025, our API experienced downtime while we were performing a planned migration to Google Cloud. During this period, users were unable to access our API endpoints.

Cause:
The downtime occurred due to infrastructure changes and necessary configuration updates during the migration process.

Resolution:
Our engineering team completed the migration successfully and restored full functionality to the API. All services are now operating normally on Google Cloud infrastructure.
